A lot of meaning can be squeezed out of this. Some fairly subtle thoughts. First, the video is a sort of mannerist rap - this twisted, eerie sound-setting is pretty common in top rap these days. They're like a perfect race for giant consumer companies. Well, they and mexicans, who are a lesser version of the same basic set of traits. Good Americans love diversity, but we also have the GWB telling us to get out there and spend to grow the economy. 

So white people will drink or smoke until it's proven that these are unhealthy - then they will adapt. They will turn from coke to water. But most coloreds won't do that. They're not smart enough, or they don't care. From Coca-Cola's point of view, its long-term prospects are entirely with the coloreds, at least for the unhealthy consumables. So black culture celebrates money and consumerism as well as violence. Another reason the jews like to promote it, because the companies mentioned in the songs are the ones buying the ads in the jewish media.
