It's an old word that means, in essence, the practice of continually filing frivolous lawsuits. Such as the suit against Andrew Anglin and the Daily Stormer, for some modest online action against an obvious criminal, a would-be extorter named Gersh. If what Anglin did were a crime, why didn't the police see it that way? The SPLC, professional anti-White barrators, are behind the plot to portray jew Gersh as the victim rather than the criminal predator. Gersh, of course, is a jew. As are most of the top people at SPLC (not their running dogs who do their daily lying, Beirich and Lenz. They are good old Iowan-German Kuhfolk, a collection of thighs and bellies grown fat off cannibalizing their own people at the behest of their masters). Barratry is generally a misdemeanor punishable by fine or imprisonment. In the case of an attorney, disbarment is the usual punishment. Since few cases have been prosecuted, barratry is considered by the legal community at large to be an archaic crime. This is particularly true today due to a highly litigious atmosphere. That money ended up in the pocket of a jew lawyer, as best I could determine, at least most of it. Doles got a decade in prison. The feds spent years and literally millions of dollars trying to entrap Doles because he was getting groups of people into the hundreds, including local police and others with some power, and teaching them about jews and the reality of the current System. So the money was raised, the money was spent, Doles went to prison, and his local unit of the National Alliance was never heard from again. Not a good set of outcomes. In this Anglin instance, we will see what the money can produce in terms of results. I don't know who the judge in the case will be, but I bet the SPLC does. I bet the SPLC has a very good idea how that person will react. We are in a country in which some insignificant judge in Hawaii feels completely safe in blocking a clear executive prerogative from the president intended to keep the country safe. Never in history has the judicial class felt safer ignoring the written law. WN continue to entertain a conservative-pollyannaish view that the facts matter more than the politics. When has that ever been the case with anything White in the courts? For that reason, I would personally rather see Anglin take the money for himself, he certainly deserves it, and pay some local guy $50 an hour for legal help. And make his own case on the stand. Because even if he wins, I don't see much changing. 150k for an affirmation of the status quo - that's the upside. There's a reason that people like Breivik and Roof simply opted to kill people. It's because the truth is no-platformed, no-services-ed, no common carrier-ed, no utility-ed wherever it gets any kind of decent purchase. If there were a real White movement, Gersh wouldn't be alive today. She wouldn't have dared initiate her extortion attempt in the first place out of fear of the consequences. So - money for Anglin - no problem. He deserves it for his excellent work. Money for lawyers - very tricky thing. If Anglin wins, what is won? That it's ok to tell people to contact someone on the internet? That's something, I guess. But if the cops didn't file charges in the first place, with all of this activity being public knowledge, then why is a defense required? This is not a complex matter requiring great technical skills. Either the judge dismisses it as absurd, which it is on the face of it, or he goes the political route, and ignores plain facts and written law. In neither case is a high-priced lawyer much use. What would be worth winning in court is an extortion suit against Gersh, Would the Spencers support any such thing? The most significant question is whether the SPLC put Gersh up to the attempted extortion in the first place. Now, _that_ would be something worth suing over. Because the SPLC is the ultimate deep pockets, with some 300,000,000 safely buried in the Caribbean. The SPLC has the funds to multiply nuisance suits endlessly. The White community does not have the money to defend them. It's all just playing defense and buying time; ultimately, if we're going to win, we must attack.
